In your role, you will Work with a senior assembler or supervisor to perform a variety of duties to acquire sufficient skills in the use of measuring devices:
such as scale, protrusion/thread gage, fastener grip gage, calipers, micrometer, trulok gage, go-no-go gage, ball gage, and fastener height gage Acquire sufficient skill and ability in the use of torquing equipment and follow all calibration requirements, in order to perform Class 1 torquing Acquire skill and ability to install:
castellated nuts, button head/flush rivet, blind rivet, and determine the difference between shear/tension fasteners Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Counting inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process Follow company procedures and directives Test finished products for defects Maintain the tools used to create products Perform other duties as assigned As our ideal candidate You have a drive for results You work well in a team environment You demonstrate an ability to learn and pick up new skills You are able to follow direction from a lead/supervisor You are comfortable communicating issues or concerns that arise Bombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer with a non-discrimination policy.
