Maintain a detailed knowledge of the apartment community, amenities, and community.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office through multiple communication channels:
answering calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
Provide a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance.
Process applications and leases in a timely manner.
Produce reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Maintain organized community office files.
Always provide professional and exceptional best-in-class customer service.
Track and timely record all traffic interactions utilizing RealPage software.
Participate in the renewal process of existing residents.
Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Remain educated on market conditions and assist with compiling market data to supplement sales knowledge and decision-making.
Conduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs.
Utilize various computer software to enter information and pull various reports, as assigned by the Community Manager.
Willingly take on additional projects and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School diploma or GED.
Have at least one year of customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience.
Have at least one year of office administration or data entry experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
